To close your account, email customerassist@slotimo.com; account closure is only available from 90 days after your first deposit and is processed within 60 days. To reopen after using the closure option, contact support@slotimo.com.

We may apply temporary limits on stakes, deposits, or losses after talking to you. If you answer “yes” to two or more questions in our self-assessment, we recommend you contact support@slotimo.com.
